A POP is time consuming, mentally straining and will demand you to refrain from your normal lifestyle. If you are looking for speedy recovery and a greater outcome, it is better to gravitate to surgery and then start with physiotherapy to enhance the rehabilitation process and help your musculoskeletal status grow stronger.
