You are 29 years old and you have lost your 2 nd molar so it is important to get that area replaced. Because if that area would be kept as such upper teeth will move in downward direction and adjacent teeth will start to bend toward that space. And it will result in misalignment. So it's important to get it replaced. And Implant would be the best option for the replacement of this space.

See if you got restoration in your wisdom tooth, there is no need of cap in that until unless filling get dislodged regularly. 1. You are only 29 years old, better go for implant on lower second molar. It will be an investment to your future.  Plus you will not need bridge as no support is needed for implant as it acts like a tooth and will save your adjacent tooth from cutting. 2. If you still want to opt for brigde, then go for porcelain fused to metal (pfm) crowns as metal provide strenth and porcelain gives tooth colour.
