Breathing problem

Intermittently breathing becomes very fast then it feels like shortness of breath echocardiogram was taken and nothing is wrong heart beat was 120 on ecg but normal now what really is the problem.. I don't even know if this problem doesn't arise when I talk to someone, the cardiologist said that I just need to take a vitamin tablet, I am also a breast feeding mother, what is really my problem?

May be due to Anxiety. Pl have good Nutritous food and have adequate sleep. Pl consult pulmonologist with detailed history and reports and treatment taken for better evaluation and treatment.
