its a very apt description of your symptoms,and from above history i can infer that you may be suffering from obesity , gastric and chest discomfort which you may perceive as breathlessness can be cardiac or respiratory induced.

You seem to be having what we call a pleuritic chest pain. This can occur when the pleural surface is irritated. Most commonly this occurs due to infection in the lung or around the lung.
It is highly advisable that you get a chest X-ray & then we proceed to step 2.
