After my periods breast tenderness and fullness. Sometimes. Sometimes normal.pls help. Went to Dr she was telling it's a breast bone pain.. Suggest any cream to apply.

This is PMS. How ever do an self breast examination for lump or discharge . if normal then u can take vitamin e and evening primrose to help reduce pain  after consulting doctor

Where ur periods flow was good?? If not plz check for pregnancy.. Also.. breast tenderness before n during periods is very common.. nothing to worry..
