Had 2 ultrasounds and the report came as 7*8 MM hypoechoic lesion with increases adjacent fat echogenicity and 7*3 MM small oval shaped hypoechoic area ( inflammed intra mammary lymphnode) and focal mastitis in left breast and iam getting pain every day. Doctor has suggested to take amoxycilin and Evion tablets. Still no change in pain and report. Should I worry about it?

Kindly do an USG guided FNAC from the lump and the lymph node mass and follow up with the report. Need to see the USG report also.

There is a need for more clinical history. some females of this age may have breast pain due to some hormonal effects especially pain increased during menstruation. This is called Fibroadenosis.
