Hey Everyone! I am 21 years old student  .   I am suffering from a big breast problem like I have D Cup size which is uncomfortable for me.bcoz of this size I am suffering from back pain. So Is Surgery is the last option for breast Reduction ????if yes then what are side effects of surgery??Because Anyhow I want to reduce my breast size.

The surgery is called Reduction Mammoplasty. You will have to consult a good plastic surgeon who has speciality or fellowship in breast reconstruction. It has good results 👍

There are few exercises available. However results take some time. Any hormonal tests done recently. Need to rule it out. Any other issues, pls consult.
