First and foremost, Please don't get panicked.
Not every lump is cancerous.
I think when your doctor said, "operation of lumps" , She probably told you that you'll need something called as 'biopsy'
Which in simple terms, is basically taking the piece of the lump out and examining it under Microscope.
That gives an idea what kind of lump is it - Cancerous or non cancerous.
Based on that the subsequent line of management is decided.

Continue your follow up with the surgeon.
If at all you are sceptical to go for surgery straightaway, you may take second opinion of another surgeon.
But I earnestly request you not to ignore them, in the hope that they'll somehow vanish.
