This medicine can lead to increase in the level of a hormone called prolactin And that could be the reason for the nipple discharge

Stop the drug, consider an alternate medicine for your gastritis issue. If the pain and discharge doesn't get relieved despite stopping the medication. Consult for further evaluation

This is a mild side effect of neoprene which appears in some people. Stop the medicine and it should resolve in a few days.

Yes it is due to the medication. Once you stop it, the prolactin hormone will come down and you will be relieved of the symptoms. Better to stop the medicine and change to another drug. Also avoid any more squeezing as that can also stimulate further milk discharge.
