There was a breakage in my tooth. It was sudden. There was no pain before. It broke in small pieces. Is it due to deficiency in vitamins or proteins or is it a Symptom to a bigger issue like disease or Is it commonly natural? Attaching photo of the broken tooth for reference.

Tooth broke because of caries... That happen because of insufficient cleaning... Now u need a dental treatment... Treatment needed will b evaluated best by clinical checkup...

Tooth has broken because of caries. Caries has made tooth weak by undermining enamel and dentin (outer and middle layer of tooth). As can be seen in photograph your wisdom tooth is also carious.visit dentist start treatment.
