Have a feeling like scattered  memory no clarity or confidence while speaking or debating some times n no sudden memory flash feels like something is blocking the flash memory to appear .. stress mite be der n anxiety n also panic disorder like sudden jerk I in stomach   from past 2 months ..  I am hurry burry guy  nature may be this stimulates stress or anxiety  I don't know exactly ... consulted psychiatrist but he dint listen properly was busy in his phone calls  told u have somatic panic disorder n gave tablets .. but I dint take .. from past few days no stress or anxiety ...mind is not blank something 'll be going on in mind .. how to channel the proper chemical reactions in brain ..

You may have features of anxiety but if it's not that severe so you don't need to take medication.
