Hi Doctor Since last 1 hour feeling bit uneasy. Bp is 100/78 & pulse rate is 68. I want to know does pulse rate fluctuate with each activity throughout the day. My pulse rate goes up to 140 per minute when i go for a walk & during some household chores.

BP reading of 100/78 and pulse rate 68 are normal.Pulse and BP fluctuate during the activities  depending on the intensity of the activity. If it is a recurrent phenomenon during normal activities get a baseline ECG and blood tests including thyroid function tests.
