Hi i am male 35. I checked my bp as a routine check or random check on 18 Jan .it was 140/100.earlier i don't have any complaint of bp or have it but i don't know. But I checked my bp on regular basis it comes always normal 120/80 around.so this time why my bp has increased.my family has a history of this my weight is 86 kg .iwas taking medicine prescribed by Dr from last 6 days.today I went for bp checked in morning without medicine it was 130/90. On the same day I have taken medicine and in evening when I gone for bp checked it was 140/95.why it is so elevated is there any risk or what I don't understand.yes i do smoke eat foods out side but i don't drink.kindlly suggest attached piscribtion of medicine given by Dr.
