Please consult a General Physician in your area or on Practo. BP is not treated so casually. You will need a complete physical examination, few investigations, record of BP many times and then you will get advice whether you need medicine for BP or not.

You being 31 years ,the BP reading 150/100 is high ie it's stage 2 htn. But you need to confirm it with 2-3 readings taken with upper arm digital bp apparatus ,in the morning and evening for 2-3 days Ideally average of 2 readings taken .If still remain high , probably it's hypertension
Next Steps
if your BP reading is high ,ECG and echo are required.with blood test including lipid profile, glucose levels, renal profile and urine analysis
Health Tips
drink plenty of water restrict salt intake include fruits and vegetables in your diet 30 minutes exercise everyday for 5 days in a week

You should be taking medication for your high BP under prescription. This is stage 2 hypertension and shouldn't be ignored. Consult at your convenience for better management.

You might need to be started on anti hypertensives. A repeat BP reading will be required for confirmation. Medication should be started on receiving a prescription and proper follow up is required to maintain BP. Please consult a general physician asap.
