You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigation like chest x ray and pulmonary function test which is needed for the diagnosis as well as to assess severity of bronchitis based on which treatment can be started. You are not having high BP. It's normal. Consult a pulmonologist for the same at the earliest

Poor sleep can cause high BP. But asthma and allergic rhinitis is nicely treatable.
