I have bow legs for about 2.5 years now. I am currently 19 and my weight is 62.6 kgs (checked today at gym). My question is that people say that to hide your bow legs from being visible is to develop strong lower limb muscles buly exercising legs in gym.. but when i do leg press and other leg lifting exercises, i feel that my legs are becoming more free and are bending more... so what should i do? Should i continue with gym or quit it? Also tell some exercises for correcting bow legs.
