I am a 20years old who is diagnosed with osteoporosis. Recently I have been getting really sharp pain in my bones especially my neck and my knees when I sit or bend them for too long.

Posture corrections must. Do gradually stretching exercises. . Meet physiotherapist and learn some exercise

Dear Respected I have gone through your problems. Rule out cause of it arthritis or metabolic cause. For more clear advice I need to examine you in details along with some investigation like x ray and blood test.
