My wifes left hand wrist side bone is looking like coming out or increasing. And if press at then is gets little pain. What to do?

When did you first notice the prominence?…Has the swelling increased in size with time? Is the swelling soft or firm or bony hard?
Next Steps
If swelling is bony hard get an X-ray of wrist done AP view and lateral view and review me with the X-ray please. If the swelling is soft it might need an FNAC test to confirm the diagnosis
Health Tips
At present take Tablet aceclofenac 100mg once a day for pain for 5days
