Dear Sir, Normally it looks ok but when I bend hand as shown in picture a little bone on the middle top of wrist looks coming liitle outside. Similarly there is no pain normally but when I push something very hard by reverse bending my wrist it causes pain. Please tell mw what it this and what we can do?

It might be a ganglion if its soft which requires excision or get x ray to see if any bony lesion
