I am experiencing a condition in which my stomach is becoming fat whereas my arms are losing all the fat and are becoming thinner and thinner. My appetite has also decreased, whenever I eat I am unable to eat much and as soon as I eat, I again feel the urge to eat more, I feel hungry all the day but I am unable to eat even basic meals. I feel lethargic all the day and have no energy whatsoever. My stomach size is increasing day by day but the upper body including arms shoulders are becoming thinner and thinner.
