She has arthritis past 12 years under medication n controlled. Currently legs,  ankles get swollen for no reason but sometimes no pain despite swelling. RA factor now negative

Eterocoxib thyocholchiside two times a day after food for five days. PREGABANYL 75ONE AT NIGHT FOR FIVE DAYS. Lacilactone one on alternate day for five tab in ten days. In arthritis pt in winter swelling may be seen.
