Body is feeling weak

From last month i was having a lot of stress where i started getting panic attacks last months i got 2 periods in 10days of gap this month i'm not getting the period but cramps is there in my stomach which is a-lot. Still that stress is going on and feelings weak and low not able to sleep in night sleeping for 3hrs in night
