Hi sir Yesterday and today my body generates full sweat and feels some cooling internally in the body for 5-10 min i have not understood what is happening . Please let me know why this happens due to heat of surrounding or bp drop down my age is 25 Thanks Dileep

For such queries you have to give a detailed description of what you were doing before all this. To my mind, I think you were outside in the bright sunlight in very hot atmosphere. You suddenly entered an AC room and became very happy that your body felt cool and comfortable. Now you want scientific explanation.
