Hii doc last 20 days m feeling very low my facing body ache and fatique m taking vit d and nurokind z forte and vit e  but not relief my fatique increasing day b day and lower back pain and m my weight decreasing day by day  plz suggest me kya test krvane chaiye and kya med leni chaiye my heart beat is 106

Further history is required to make diagnosis. Sudden weight loss is alarming. Is there any history of any evening fever? .

Do cbc,lft, kft, thyroid profile, blood sugar, chest xray and visit near by.
