Hello, It is reassuring that there is no blood in the stools and, from what you have described, your child’s condition appears to be improving. Please complete the prescribed course of antibiotics and continue Nutrolin B, zinc, and ORS (if there are episodes of loose stools). The intestinal lining takes some time to heal, so it may take a few days(1-2 wks) for the bowel movements to return completely to normal. Continue to monitor for any warning signs such as: * Blood in the stools * Persistent or worsening loose stools * Fever * Reduced urine output * Lethargy or poor oral intake If any of these occur consult your paediatrician..

Greetings shift from dark, bloody stool to yellow indicates that the intestinal lining is healing and the infection is clearing under the prescribed treatment.Complete bowel routine normalization usually takes 1 to 2 weeks after finishing the medications as the child's natural gut flora gradually recovers. The current fluctuation between hard and normal stool consistency is a common, temporary side effect of recovering from dehydration, antibiotics, and probiotics.Continue providing small, frequent sips of Oral Rehydration Solution (ORS) alongside an easily digestible diet consisting of rice, curd, and bananas.Ensure you complete the full course of all prescribed medications exactly as directed by your pediatrician, even if the symptoms disappear early.Seek immediate medical evaluation if you notice fresh blood returning in the stool, a new high fever, severe abdominal pain, or signs of lethargy
