According to your clinical presetation, you might have Gingivitis. You need Oral Prophylaxis from Periodontist.

Please visit a nearby dentist and have a general checkup and get a round of deep cleaning done. You can start with rinsing your mouth with Chlorhexidine mouth wash or warm water with saline.

I think your gums are swollen are you have a condition of periodontitis. First Get your oral examination done. And start warm saline rinses also

Hie dear..this bleeding from gums known as gingivitis ...to stop this u have to maintain ur oral prophylaxis...go for scaling and polishing then maintain ur brushing habits , do warm saline rinses atleast 4 times a day....
