Your blood test results suggest mild anemia, which could be due to iron deficiency or other factors, but the levels are not dangerously low.
Next Steps
Your levels suggest mild anemia, likely due to iron deficiency, which can be corrected with diet and supplementation. However, further tests are needed to rule out other causes like chronic illness or internal bleeding. Please consult with the full report.
Health Tips
Include iron-rich foods: Spinach, lentils, eggs, red meat, fish, and fortified cereals. Consume vitamin C-rich foods (citrus fruits, tomatoes) to enhance iron absorption. Limit tea/coffee intake around meals as they inhibit iron absorption.

Hi Sir, these values are just moderately low. and since your RDW has gone up it is most likely early stages of Iron deficiency Anemia.
Next Steps
Iron boosting food- beetroot, jaggery, along with increasing Vit C intake via Lemons and decreasing Tea should be your immediate steps
Health Tips
if you have the data, Ferritin, TIBC, T-Sat etc will be a clear guide to your diagnosis. Contact me for a chat and maybe we look into this with more history sharing, lifestyle and I can offer a more personalized advice.
