For CBC, Thyroid test,blood sugar fasting electrolytes test patients by mistake take 2sip ors before blood test approx 5mints ago. Is it hugely differ the report. Please advice.

Yes. It will make a difference. It is not because of the amount of glucose that is present in two sips of ORS . It is because those two sips will stimulate pancreas to secrete insulin which will alter your blood sugar levels.
