Hi, The sugar levels are quite high, alarmingly high. The protein loss in the kidney is also very high. She would require therapy with insulin to firstly bring the sugars down. She also needs the following 1. Kidney function test and an ultrasound to see how much the kidneys are affected 2. Eye check up 3. Ecg and an echo 4. A proper look at her feet to see if there are any signs of poor blood supply 5. Blood pressure check 6. A lipid profile and thyroid profile You can consult if required. The best advice would be a visit planning for a short admission to get these things sorted
