My fasting blood sugar is 119 and  1  1/2  hour after eating is 171 .My age is 34. My HBA1C 5.5... Please suggest me what to do.shall I use sugar tablets

Your HbA1c is normal. But your fasting sugars is little high. You don't have diabetes now. Do brisk walk 30 minutes per day. Avoid oily foods and junk foods.
