Suddenly my blood pressure is fluctuating since 3days. Like some times 210/156 after 5min its became 96/63 or 115/39.and for this reason i am feeling so weak, tired, and black outs, shoulder and neck pain a lot. I am having food peoperly. As my gallbladder has been removed 3yrs ago and have IBS so i am not taking maida and dairy products.
