My BP is 100/68 Always sys ll be 103,105... is this normal? Sometimes I feel lightheadedness.. I'm a hypothyroid patient

Eat normal healthy diet, don't follow a diet thats too low to provide required energy for your daily activities. Drink atleast 2 litres of water per day, include more fruits and vegetables in diet.Systemic BP 103,105 etc.are fine unless you are not having any symptoms, but as you said lightheadedness often, I suggest to follow good diet and get adequate sleep
