Having heel pain and pain in small joints like fingers, taking Telmisartan 40+Cilnidipine 10 for hypertension, current BP is 140/100, serum uric acid level is 7.6 Do i need to reviview BP medication.

Telmisartan is known to cause increase Uric acid. Need to slowly taper telmisartan and replace it another anti hypertensive. Need to treat arthritis and hyperuricaemia as well
