Blood pressure medication
I take telvas 40 on regular after breakfast since last 1 year. My pressure is suitably controlled last checked 100/60 . Can I take this medicine on alternate days inplace of regular basis as some how I feel tired , dizziness lightly . What is the reason ? .. is it tends to low pressure.

You need to decrease the dose of telvas as your blood pressure in on lower side. If you have lost weight, maintained a healthy life style while on treatment, your medication may be stopped altogether with regular monitoring of resting blood pressure. Your symptoms are highly likely due to low blood pressure.
Next Steps
Decrease the dose of telvas to 20mg per day. Monitor for 10 days. If pressure is still on lower side, stop the medication.
