HELLO, DON'T DO IF U DON'T KNOW PROPERLY. SIMPLE BRICK WALK 40 MINUTES IS BEST. LOW SALT, LOW FAT DIET, AVOID SPICY FRIED JUNK GRESY FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE. ONCE IN A BLUE MOON IS OTHER THING. TRY TO MAINTAIN, WITHOUT ASKING  YOUR TREATING DOCTOR DON'T OMIT MEDICINE. OK.

The improper exercise itself is a cause for blood pressure variation... good to follow the exercise rules.. 1. Should be at empty stomach , no liquid or solid food ... minimum 2 hrs. Gap to do exercise if anything taken. 2. Should be after the application of any virgin or edible oil over the whole body. 3. Should be stopped once breathing rate increases and forehead, axilla sweating starts to appear. 4. Bathing is must after the exercise 5. After the bathing within half an hr. One should have liquid and solid food according to food time..
