Hello, I have never had any blood pressure issue before but past two weeks just before my monthly cycle I started having a very bad headache below my head which runs from my neck to the spine then the head...i m nauseous and can't sleep through the night...I got my blood pressure check and the reading came 133/90...is this high and should I be worried?

Its little higher     because of worry tension disturb sleep   contact through online for  treatment of headache.   neck pain  having  sound sleep

Your BP is in higher normal limits. Try to reduce the weight by 5-6 kgs to reduce it further. Drink plenty of water. Take well balanced diet with plenty of leaffy vegetables and fresh fruits. Do regular physical exercises for atleast 30 minutes daily.

This is on higher side for ur age but u don’t need medication straight away
