Actually I had bp 170/120 before 2 months but now it's reduce 110/75 for last week but again from two days it's increasing like 130/91 i stopped taking medications am on tablets along 2.5 mg my CRP is 12 shal i stop taking tablets is it normal bp

You should not medicines prescribed for the BP. Restart medicines immediately.

I think you are doing self medication. If you had taken medicine under medical supervision you would not have stopped medicines when your BP came down. Self medication is dangerous for BP. Please consult a General Physician on Practo and get investigations and treatment as per his advice.

Why did you stopped talking medicines??????? Did you consult your doctor before stopping???? Your bp was normal because of medicine.you stopped talking it so it is increasing. Don't stop medicines without consulting your doctor. Crp is high. It indicates inflamation. Reduce your salt intake. Reduce your caffeine intake. Avoid spicy and oily food. Go for morning and evening walks. Keep your self hydrated.
