systolic pressure at or above 140 mm Hg and/or diastolic blood pressure at or above 90 mm Hg after delivery is considered abnormal.at 130/80 mmHg your sisters BP reading is normal.

It's normal blood pressure. Normal Systolic blood pressure is 100-120 And dystolic blood pressure is 60-80 . It's normal up to 139 and 99.
