Blood in mucus and cough

Good evening Doctors...6 year old my son have cold fever and cough from last 6 days, when he take the mucus out from nose and cough little blood comes. Please suggest me what to do which test is to be done to find out the problem. I have attached the pic. Please reply 🙏

Blood vessels in nose are very delicate. Due to cold, it is common to have little blood. Cold needs to be treated along with specific treatment for bleeding. Please visit a pediatrician for check up to confirm and for a prescription.

Blood is scary to see but seems respiratory infection mostly likely which can be easily treated No test required for this specific issue . Overall status of child is more important
