Blood falls from the gums of the teeth & bad breath. This problem has been going on for five to six years. Please give a permanent solution.

Till then try to maintain good oral hygiene by brushing twice a day, use mouthwash, warm saline water rinses two to three times a day.

Bleeding from the gums usually means "gingivitis" which is the inflammation of your gums.
You will need a deep cleaning of the gums and it should be done soon. 5-6 years is too long to wait.

Bleeding gums and bad breath: clear indication of pyorrhoea and gum infection and since you have been facing it from the Past 5 to 6 years that means it must have gone into a bit moderate stage. For this you need to visit your dentist and get a deep scaling done. This cannot be cured at home and if you ignore it will lead to severe problems ultimately the teeth will start moving and you will end up losing your teeth.

Blood from the gums and bad odour from the mouth indicates that you are having pyorrhoea for which you need to get teeth cleaning and polishing done. It is a normal procedure that is recommended to be done every 6 to 7 months.
It cannot be cured by any home remedy.
