My mother is having too much mucus coming in nose. It also includes blood and pus sometimes. This problem is mainly from left nostril. She also has headache. Kindly suggest possible issue and to whom should I consult and strategies to diagnose the matter correctly. Her recent HRCT gives score 2/25. I am also attaching HRCT report.

Is she covid positive? Ct shows similar picture. Nose discharge is probably due to infection, antibiotics would help.

If there is a blood stained discharge from the nose in an elderly covid positive person it is best to consult with an ENT immediately. There is a wave of fungal infections coming around.

She has Acute Sinusitis along with Lung infection. This Sinusitis is due to weakness of immune system by COVID19.
