Blocked nose

Hi I having blocked nose since few days. If I blow my nose white mucus is coming out , but in few seconds again my nose is getting blocked. When I wake up in the morning, my nose is totally blocked and remains the same through out the day , with some relief for few minutes in a day. It have tried using otrivin, it's helping but only for few minutes / hours. Well I don't have fever or any congestion in my chest. What should I do ?

Kindly replace Otrivin with Nasal drop Azenate . Don't use Otrivin for more than 5 days.
