I was brushing very hard and one of my tooth gum was bleeding only one tooth was bleeding because I brushed very hard does it cause any harm of bleeding... Then it suddenly stopped... Can you suggest any of the crem

Consult your dentist whether scaling should be done or not.If not protect your gums from further damage by regular rinsing of mouth and spitting after every diet
