I am suffering from hardening of stools and bleeding of stools with sever pain from nearly 1 month First i thought it was constipation and took proper diet but there is no change

Yes it is due to constipation,take fiber fruits,increase in liquid suppliments, take curd,lassi ,chach avoid prepration causes constipation by keeping in view that u r 23 yrs age
