Bleeding in stool,no pain while passing

There is blood in stool, i am suffering from it last 2 week. I am not facing any pain while passing stool. I am having loose motion also along with blood in it. The motion is not watery. What can be the possible causes and which doctor (specialist) should i see for it. I was outside india so i couldn't seek medical check up.
