Bleeding gums

I have bleeding gums since a while now.tried using sensodyne and other gum treatment toothpaste, do regular flossing and mouthwash. Please suggest solution.

Hello get teeth cleaning  done  by professional. Because if already  deposit s are there you cannot  maintain.once deposits removed  the bleeding  will reduces  and you  can  maintain  oral hygiene by brushing  twice. Upload full mouth X-ray.can contact  further quieries.

You will have to get scaling done And get laser treatment once Please post opg once if you have any for further guidance

Do a scaling ,use omnident or stolin R tooth paste and ultra soft brush for brushing.
Next Steps
Have an x ray(OPG) done to check for any underlying gum disease

The first steps would be to improve your oral hygiene .Brush twice a day with a soft bristled brush.You also need to get a through scaling and polishing of your teeth done. This should resolve the bleeding in a vast majority of cases.In case it does not resolve the dentist will have to look at other more rare causes.
