The main reason for bleeding gums is inflammation of the gums. So first find out the reason for the inflammation. Food debris which is stuck on the tooth which is not cleaned properly, will become hardened and become calculus. Because of this calculus gums become irritated and mildly reddened and inflamed. So the first thing you have to check is, is there any calculus deposited on your teeth. If it is there do scaling from any of the clinics. In some patients calculus will be attached near the gums and inside the gums or on the root surface of the teeth. So proper cleaning and curettage is required if present.
Next Steps
The next is proper oral hygiene practice. First is brushing, using a soft or medium tooth brush, for severe bleeding gums, I prefer soft or ultra tooth brush for one month and see the change , don't use a hard tooth brush. Do Saline hot water gargle thrice daily for 2 weeks . And for bleeding gums you can use "Stolin Gum Astringent", it's a gum massaging liquid. Take a drop of the liquid and start massaging your gums towards the tooth region. Upper gums up to downwards and lower gums lower to upside. Massaging always towards the teeth region. And use dental floss for removing food particles stuck between teeth. Watch YouTube videos to know the proper way of flossing and tooth brushing because it matters a lot in gum health.
