My wife's masturbation cycle started on 21 July and ended on 26 July. We were having sexual intercourse two days ago(4 August). From that day, she faced bleeding like a masturbation cycle.

Slight bleeding during the ovulation time is known. In your case it coincides with 4 August. But it is much less than a normal period. Please consult a Gynaecologist for a physical examination.
