Looks like a change in colour due to food. But please visit a pediatrician for check up and get a stool test done to rule out serious problems

Foods like watermelon, blueberries, spinach, or iron-rich foods can make stool appear dark or blackish. Sometimes, watermelon pieces pass undigested in stool, which is also normal at this age. If baby is on Iron supplements, that can also cause this .
Next Steps
You can Watch for stool color changes over 1–2 days. • Offer the child simple diet for a day—roti, dal, rice, banana—and see if stool returns to normal.
Health Tips
Consult immediately if Sticky, tar-like black stool • Red or fresh blood in stool • Baby becomes inactive, pale, or weak • Complains of stomach pain or refuses to eat
