Black spot spreading
My Husband noticed black spot on his foot and now its next to it as well. No pain but i think it has spread. Looks just like a tattoo and not bruise. Its not an injury but could it be cancer?

No it is most likely not cancer and you have nothing to worry about..
However to be 💯%sure, you have to do a skin biopsy but in my opinion it is probably only of academic interest and if you have such facilities near you.
